In this paper, the nanosecond transient absorption spectra and the fluorescence spectraof Hypocrellin A(HA) are examined in solvents of varying polarity. There are three absorp-tion bands in dilute HA solutions: Ⅰa, Ⅱa are defined as the triplet-triplet absorption ofHA, the band Ⅲa is supposed to be the absorption of the solvent--sepatated ion pair (SSIP).In more concentrated solutions, only the absorption of SSIP was observed. The effects ofsolvent polarity on transient absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra of HA and the effectof oxygen on the intensities of the fluorescence of HA are discussed. Then a reasonablemechanism for the photolysis of HA is proposed.  相似文献

A simple accurate and precise analytical method for the determination of platinum, ruthenium, and molybdenum in Pt, PtRu, and PtMo nanoparticles catalysts deposited on high-surface area carbon by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) is described. The complete digestion of samples (0.010-0.020 g), which contain noble metals (NMs) in the range between 0 and 30% in combination among them or with other non-NMs, is obtained under mild conditions using both concentrated HCl and HCl+HNO3 (1+1 (v/v)) mixture to boiling for 30 min in an open vessel. Carbon is separated from the solution by filtering it. Under optimized conditions of the flame, the poor sensitivity of platinum is enhanced 50-fold in presence of 1% (m V−1) ascorbic acid, whereas the analytical signal of ruthenium increased by the presence of co-existing platinum. Any kind of interference is observed on the analytical signal of molybdenum. Recovery test obtained by analyzing commercial powder catalysts ranged from 99 to 101%. The precision, expressed as relative standard deviation of five measurements, is better than 1%. Electrode catalysts, made by using the carbon-supported platinum-based powder catalysts, have been analyzed for the metal loadings onto the electrode by GFAAS after dissolution under the same conditions used for the powder catalysts. The precision, expressed as relative standard deviation of three measurements, is better than 2%.  相似文献

A method to prepare milk powder, bovine liver and bovine muscle samples for analysis by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS) is proposed. Samples are mixed with a small amount of tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) and a stable and homogeneous slurry is produced in ca. 2 h with heating at 60–70 °C. After such sample preparation and dilution with water, trace elements are determined in certified reference materials. Pyrolysis and atomisation temperatures are optimised for each element, and several modifiers are investigated. External calibration is used for every analyte. Limits of detection (LODs), precision and accuracy are reported for Cd, Pb, Ni, Cr, Cu and Ag and compared with those obtained after conventional acid digestion. The main advantages of the proposed method are the simplicity of sample preparation and the longer lifetime of the graphite tube.  相似文献

A novel hyperbranched polyester acrylate (HPEA) was synthesized based upon ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid as a “core” molecule, 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid as an AB2 monomer, and 2‐hydroxyethyl acrylate as an endcapping reagent. The obtained oligomer has an unsaturation concentration of 4.10 mmolC?C g?1 measured by nuclear magnetic resonance and a wide molecular weight distribution of 1.64 measured by gel permeation chromatography. The two‐photon absorption (TPA) photopolymerization of HPEA under the exposure of a Ti : sapphire femtosecond laser with a wavelength of 800 nm was investigated through laser exposure dose‐dependant spatial resolutions of its resins. The TPA photopolymerization thresholds at the range 1.6–4.3 × 107 mJ cm?2, and exposure dose windows at the range 3.4–4.3 for three formulations were determined. A spatial resolution of 0.85 μm was obtained through the TPA photopolymerization of the formulation containing 1 wt% photoinitiator and 0.3 wt% photoinhibitor. A diffraction grating and real three‐dimensional coupled gear wheel created by TPA photopolymerization were described to demonstrate the unique capability of HPEA in microfabrications. Pd(4)Br(4)Te(3) was prepared from Pd, Te, and PdBr(2) at 700 K. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction to be triclinic, P$\bar 1$, Pearson symbol aP22; a=842.5(2), b=845.0(3), c=864.8(3) pm; alpha=82.55(3), beta=73.36(2), gamma=88.80(2) degrees ; Z=2. The Br and Te atoms are arranged according to the motif of cubic closest-packed spheres in which every 15th position is vacant; the Pd atoms occupy 8/15 of the octahedral voids. The symmetry relations with the packing of spheres are derived. Prominent structural units are hollow cuboctahedral [(PdBrTe)(6)] units, the Pd atoms are positioned near the centers of the square faces of the Br(6)Te(6) cuboctahedra; the cuboctahedra and double-octahedral Pd(2)Br(4)Te(6) units are connected to strands by sharing triangular Te(3) faces. The strands are condensed by common Br atoms into layered assemblies. Conspicuously close Te--Te contacts in the Te(3) triangles indicate attractive Te--Te interactions. The valence puzzle is resolved by the formula Pd(+II)(4)Br(-I)(4)Te(-4/3)(3). Positive Te--Te Mulliken orbital populations and the Pd--K, Br--K, and Te--L(III) XANES spectra of Pd(4)Br(4)Te(3) referenced to the spectra of PdBr(2), K(2)PdBr(6), PdTe, and PdTe(2) are in accord with attractive Te--Te interactions. The measured semiconducting and diamagnetic properties are compatible with the derived picture of chemical bonding in Pd(4)Br(4)Te(3).  相似文献

PbS nanocrystals (NCs) ranging between 4–8 nm were incorporated into Zirconium-Silica-Urethane (ZSUR) matrix obtained by the sol-gel method. The sizes of the particles were controlled by temperature treatment and by concentration of PbS in ZSUR matrix. The sizes of PbS NCs were determined by TEM measurements. The quantum size effect could also be extracted from optical absorption and photoluminescence spectra. The new matrix allows incorporation of up to 40% PbS forming a characteristic structure of dendrite by reacting lead acetate with ammonium thiocyanate in sol-gel matrix. The sol precursors of the matrix for Zirconium-Silica-Urethane contained zirconium oxide (ZrO2) matrix solution, tetramethoxysilane (TMOS), 3-glycid oxypropyl trimethoxysilane (GLYMO) and polyethylene urethane silane (PEUS) synthesized separately. The ZrO2 matrix solution was obtained from zirconium n-tetrapropoxide in propanol and acetic acid was used as a chelating agent to stabilize the zirconium oxide precursor.  相似文献

A series of zinc(II) porphyrin-imide dyads (ZP-Im), in which an electron donating ZP moiety is directly connected to an electron accepting imide moiety in the meso position, have been prepared for the examination of energy gap dependence of intramolecular electron transfer reactions with large electronic coupling. The nearly perpendicular conformation of the imide moiety towards the porphyrin plane has been revealed by Xray crystal structures. The energy gap for charge separation, 1ZP* - Im --> ZP+ - Im-, is varied by changing the electron accepting imide moiety to cover a range of about 0.8 eV in DMF. Definitive evidence for electron transfer has been obtained in three solvents (toluene, THF, and DMF) through picosecond-femtosecond transient absorption studies, which have allowed us to determine the rates of photoinduced charge separation, 1ZP* - Im --> ZP+ - Im-, and subsequent thermal charge recombination ZP+ - Im- --> ZP - Im. The free-energy gap dependence (energy gap law) has been probed from the normal to the nearly top region for the charge separation rate alone, and only the inverted region for the charge recombination rate. Although both of the energy gap dependencies can be approximately reproduced by means of the simplified semiclassical equation, when we take into consideration the effect of the high frequency vibrations replaced by one mode of averaged frequency, many features, including the effects of solvent polarity and the electron tunneling matrix element on the energy gap law, differ considerably from those of the previously studied porphyrin-quinone systems, which have weaker interchromophore electronic interactions.  相似文献
